Rent Collection Timeline


1st - 5th

Rent is due between the 1st & the 5th.


All owner distributions will be finalized and submitted by this date. Depending on your bank, you should receive the funds within 1-2 business days. Owners with delinquent tenants will be updated with any tenant info.


This is a busy day for us as a majority of tenants wait until the last day to pay so we are busy posting payments. In the afternoon we post 14 day notices to all delinquent tenants.


We update Owners with delinquent tenants that the file will be sent to our Eviction Attorney. Owners are also updated with new information.


Owners start getting rent distribution or get notified of tenant delinquency.


This cycle repeats every month. If one of these days happens to fall on a holiday then all activities for that day are moved to the next business day.
