Yes. We conduct thorough tenant screening that includes rental history, credit check, employment/income verification, and background checks. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. Our process helps ensure only qualified tenants are placed, keeping your vacancy low and your property protected.

We coordinate all maintenance through trusted local vendors at competitive rates. Tenants can submit requests 24/7, and we prioritize emergency repairs immediately. Routine interior and exterior inspections (including leak detection) are performed according to your plan. We handle everything from minor fixes to major issues so owners never have to chase contractors or deal with after-hours emergencies.

Yes. 24/7 emergency maintenance is included in every plan. Whether it’s a burst pipe, heating failure, or any urgent issue, our team and vendor network respond quickly—day or night—so your property and tenants are always taken care of.

Tenants can pay by check, money order, or cash at no charge. Online card or e-check payments are also accepted. Owners receive clear monthly statements and direct deposits (funds typically arrive no later than the 10th of each month).
